CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE CONDUCT OF FEASIBILITY STUDY OF THE PROPOSED TACLOBAN COASTAL ROAD 1 AND 2- TACLOBAN CITY
The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) provides projects that would let through traffic flow without interference from the local traffic and would lead to reduce congestions in the built-up areas. As part of the initial stage in the project development cycle, feasibility studies assess the technical, economic, environmental, and social impacts of the projects.
The Consulting Services for the Conduct of Feasibility Study of the Proposed Tacloban Coastal Road 1 and 2 is being carried out by DJMV Management Consultancy as commissioned by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Regional Office VIII, with the assistance of the Project Preparation Division, Planning Service (PPD, PS). The output of the consulting service shall be used for the conduct of feasibility study for the proposed Tacloban Coastal Road 1 and 2, the study is expected to determine the extent and nature of improvements/ construction required, the economic and technical justifications thereof and in relation to their environmental and social impacts, and the development of a more suitable and optimal investment program. The findings of the Study are intended for use by the DPWH for programming purposes and for its implementation through local financing / external sources if it is deemed to be feasible.

NIA Davao Oriental - Irrigation Management Office (IMO) has proposed a National Irrigation Project (NIP) at Sitio Matabang, Barangay Taocanga, Municipality of Manay, Province of Davao Oriental. The project involves a diversion dam intended to irrigate a potential service area of 2,500.00 ha, which will benefit an estimated 1,250 farmers.
NIA Regional Office XI commissioned the services of the DJMV Management Consultancy and DJM Engineering Consultancy Company to conduct the comprehensive Feasibility Study on National Irrigation Projects (NIP) of the Liloan River—Taocanga NIP.

CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE DATA GATHERING, SURVEYS AND INVESTIGATIONS FOR THE FEASIBILITY STUDY OF PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF BY-PASS ROAD:
MAGSAYSAY AVENUE (TRINIDAD ROAD) TO RIMANDO-AMBIONG ROAD
The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) supports the development of its pipeline of road transport projects nationwide for implementation possible external financial assistance in their implementation. As part of the initial stage in the project development cycle, feasibility studies assessing the technical, economic, environmental, and social impacts of the project are required.
The conduct of data gathering, surveys, and investigation for the feasibility study for this project was carried by local consultant outsourced by DPWH Baguio City District Engineering Office with the assistance of the Project Preparation Division, Planning Service (PPD-PS). The output of the consulting service will be used for the conduct of the feasibility study for the proposed Construction of By-pass road: Magsaysay Ave. (Trinidad Rd.) to Rimando-Ambiong Rd. The feasibility study will be conducted to determine the extent and nature of improvements/ construction required, the economic and technical justifications thereof and in relation to their environmental and social impacts, and the development of a suitable and optimal investment program. The findings of the study will serve as the key reference for DPWH in future programming. The implementation of which will be sourced through options of available financing streams, mainly either the regular internal source or external funds if determined to be feasible.

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) is seeking to develop its pipeline of road transport projects nationwide for implementation and possible external financial assistance in their implementation. As part of the initial stage in the project development cycle, feasibility studies assessing the technical, economic, environmental, and social impacts of the project are required.
The proposed Conduct of Feasibility Study of these projects is envisaged to be carried out by local consultants to be outsourced by the DPWH Regional Office XIII, with the assistance of the Project Preparation Division, Planning Service (PPD, PS). The output of the consulting service shall be used for the conduct of Feasibility Study for the proposed Lianga Bypass Road (SDCR Alternate Route) and NRJ Agusan – Malaybalay Rd. – Brgy. Ambacon – Brgy. Malicato – NRJ Daang Maharlika (Alternate Route) with Las Nieves Bridge. The feasibility study is expected to determine the extent and nature of improvements/ construction required, the economic and technical justifications thereof and in relation to their environmental and social impacts, and the development of a suitable and optimal investment program. The findings of the study are intended for the use by the DPWH for programming purposes and for implementation through local financing/external sources if determined to be feasible.
This Feasibility Study is prepared in accordance with the scope of services stipulated in the Terms of Reference (TOR) by DJMV Management Consultancy in close coordination with DPWH Regional Office XIII.

FEASIBILITY STUDY OF THE
PROPOSED DARAYDAY ROAD,
SAN NICOLAS, ILOCOS NORTE
The Government of the Republic of the Philippines, through the DPWH Region Office I, intends to conduct a master plan and feasibility study for flood control including the environmental and social assessment for the Bacarra and Vintar River Basin. Bacarra and Vintar towns are located in the 1st district of the province of Ilocos Norte (Region I). The Bacarra and Vintar River Basin is included in the 120 Selected River Basins under the Study on the Nationwide Flood Risk Assessment and the Flood Mitigation Plan for the Selected Areas in the Republic of the Philippines conducted by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in March 2008.
Based on the joint field investigation undertaken by DPWH Regional Office I, the river basin currently experiences severe overflow flooding, sedimentation problem, and bank collapse. Thus, the preparation of the Master Plan and the Feasibility Study for the river basin has been proposed to alleviate such problems.
The master plan and the feasibility study are expected to determine the extent and nature of improvement/construction required based on economic, environmental and social impacts, and the development to suitable and optimal investment programs.
ILOCOS NORTE


CONDUCT OF FEASIBILITY STUDY SOUTHERN BUKIDNON AGRI-INDUSTRIAL ECONOMIC ZONE ROAD NETWORK DEVELOPMENT PROJECT, MARAMAG, DON CARLOS, KITAOTAO, DANGCAGAN AND KIBAWE BUKIDNON 3RD LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT
The proposed Southern Bukidnon Agri-Industrial Economic Zone Road Network Development Project, Maramag, Don Carlos, Kitaotao, Dangcagan, and Kibawe, aims to shorten the travel distance and travel time of through traffic to the municipalities of Maramag, Don Carlos, Kitaotao, Dangcagan, Kibawe, and its neighboring municipalities and to reduce the congestions in the Población areas particularly along the Sayre Highway and other major roads in the area.

CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE CONDUCT OF TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY FOR THE FEASIBILITY STUDY OF CARMONA-BINAN DIVERSION ROAD & CARMONA-SILANG DIVERSION ROAD, CAVITE & LAGUNA PROVINCE.
The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) is seeking to develop its pipeline of road transport projects for implementation and/ or possible external financial assistance in their implementation. As part of the initial stage in the project DJMV Management Consultancy had carried out the conduct of the consulting services for the data gathering, surveys, and investigations for the feasibility study of the diversion road for DPWH-Regional Office IV-A. The output of the consulting service shall be used for the conduct of feasibility study for the proposed Carmona-Biñan Diversion Road and Carmona-Silang Diversion Road in Cavite and Laguna Provinces.
The feasibility study is expected to determine the extent and nature of improvement/ construction required, the economic and technical justifications thereof and in relation to their environmental and social impacts, and the development of a suitable and optimal investment program.
